Classic Double Room had tiny storage, but the staff were really helpful.

the air conditioner was basically non-existent, and it only cooled my room by 1 degree. the lift? oh, a legendary, painfully slow experience. not to mention, i expected at least a complimentary gesture upon arrival, but clearly they reserve that for special guests. i almost wrote a good review, but i just couldn’t, 1-star missing!

The location was fantastic, just a stone's throw from the train station and an easy walk to the city center. The rooms were clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious for a city hotel. I especially appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who made my stay much more enjoyable.

The elevator was quite small and sometimes took a while to get down.

The room we had was really nice with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and even a coffee machine. It was spacious with a comfortable bed and a private bathroom that had free toiletries and a hairdryer. Super close to the lake and old town, we loved the spa bath facilities too.
